Careful analysis of available water supply and storage is part of every Harvey Mills Design golf course irrigation system. The planning effort from Harvey Mills Design includes all of the development’s irrigated area, not just the golf course. Studies of peak flow requirement and annual water use for each type of hydro-zone within the master planned community allow the entire site to be managed and served in a cohesive plan. The golf course and surrounding community both gain by the efficient use of a shared water resource.
